Belal Hasan – Founder & Chairman of ”The Best Home Care Service”
Belal Hasan didn’t start The Best Home Care Service as a business idea. He started it because he spent years working inside Bangladesh’s top hospitals — and saw firsthand the gap that existed between hospital-level care and what families could access at home.
His healthcare journey began in 2018 at Universal Medical College and Hospital, where he built his foundational expertise in patient care and nursing coordination. From there, he moved to one of Bangladesh’s most prestigious private hospitals — United Hospital — where he worked from 2020 to 2023, gaining deep experience in high-dependency patient care, caregiver management, and clinical standards at the highest level.
In 2023, after 5 years inside Bangladesh’s top medical institutions, Belal took the leap — left his hospital career and founded The Best Home Care Service with one clear mission: to bring the same standard of care that patients receive at Dhaka’s best hospitals, directly into their homes.
The decision wasn’t just professional. It was personal. Having seen hundreds of patients discharged from hospital without proper follow-up care at home, Belal knew exactly what was missing — and he had exactly the experience needed to fix it.
Today, Belal serves as the Office Secretary of the Caregiver Agency Owner Association of Bangladesh — the professional body that sets industry standards for home care agencies across the country. It is a position that reflects not just his expertise, but the trust and respect he has earned from peers across the entire industry.
