A caregiver provides non-medical daily support — bathing, feeding, mobility help, medication reminders, and companionship. A nurse is medically trained and handles clinical tasks: wound dressing, injections, vital sign monitoring, IV care, and catheter management. For critical or high-dependency patients, 24-hour Senior Diploma Nurse coverage with full clinical monitoring is available starting from ৳55,000 per month. A senior nurse from our team visits your home — at no charge and with no obligation. During the visit, they assess the patient’s current medical condition, daily routine, mobility level, medication schedule, and any specific clinical needs. They also speak with family members to understand preferences, safety concerns, and household setup. Based on this assessment, they recommend the appropriate care level (caregiver, junior nurse, or Senior Diploma Nurse), suggest a shift structure, and provide a clear, itemized quote. The entire visit takes 30 to 60 minutes. You are under no pressure to commit.
Is home care a good option after ICU or hospital discharge?
Yes — and for many patients, it is the safest option. Patients discharged from ICU or post-surgery wards often still require clinical monitoring: vital sign checks, wound care, medication management, and early detection of complications. Returning to an unsupervised home environment too soon carries risk. Our Senior Diploma Nurses are trained for exactly this transition — bringing ICU-level observation to the patient’s home while allowing them to recover in a familiar, comfortable environment. We regularly support patients discharged from United Hospital, Evercare, Square, and BIRDEM.
